How to use
Add 3–5 drops to a diffuser with water to create a calming environment.
For Skin Care
Dilute 1–2 drops in 10 mL of a carrier oil before applying to the skin.
Perform a patch test before first use.
For Hair Care
Mix 2–3 drops with 1 tablespoon of a carrier oil and massage into the scalp.
Leave for 30–60 minutes before washing.
For Massage
Blend with a carrier oil and gently massage onto the body.
For Bath
Mix 4–6 drops with a carrier oil or bath salt before adding to bath water.
